Important Shipping Information – US Customers Only
Due to recent USPS policy changes, all US orders will now be shipped through DHL Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Please note:
1. Any manufacturing defects affecting the primary functions of your product are covered under our warranty. We’ll repair or replace items as needed.
2. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes for US orders and replacements are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Cosmetic defects caused by shipping or courier mishandling are not covered by our warranty.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Shipping rates for the country of destination are calculated automatically upon checkout.
How do I know when my order is on its way?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking information sent to the email address you used at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We don’t accept returns, but your purchase is always protected. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it for you. This coverage applies under normal use of the product and does not include misuse or standard wear and tear.
What is your warranty?
All Ninjafox products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your item breaks, we’ll cover all repairs. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and parts replacement, but labor is always free.
I need to make a change or update my shipping address. How can I do that?
If you need to update your shipping address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the new details, or reach out to us through the contact form on this page and include your order number. We’ll make sure it gets updated.
Please note: address changes can only be made before your order has shipped, so let us know as soon as possible.
