We use these major carriers to ship items for International Customers: UPS, FedEx, JRS, DHL, USPS. In select areas we may also use Ninjafox employees or these other carriers to ship items locally: LBC, J&T, GoGo Express, and etc.
Shipping Costs & Timing
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide.
Title to Products
Purchases of product through ninjafoxengineering.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Ninjafox Engineering is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.
You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided.
Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing ninjafoxengineering.com to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.
PO boxes: Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.
How to Change Shipping Information
To Change Shipping Information for Future Orders:
- Sign in to your account.
- From here, you can update, remove or add a shipping address.
How to Change Shipping or Pickup Options After an Order Has Been Placed
You can change your shipping options as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 1 day of placing your order. (During our busy holiday season, it might be shorter.) You can change your shipping options by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the proper procedures.
We'll hold your store pickup items at the store for 5 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment. If you can’t pick up your order within 5 days and you don’t want it to be canceled, check your order details for extended pickup options.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Can I ship items in the same order to multiple addresses?
If you order two or more different items, you can choose separate shipping addresses and shipping methods (Standard, Two Day, One Day or Same Day) for each. During checkout, specify the shipping address and method for each item.
If you want to ship multiple quantities of the same item to separate shipping addresses, you'll need to place separate orders.
